What a world!

This morning began as every other morning – I woke up.  Or perhaps the morning had begun before that… I don't know.  Suffice to say, I hope, that the morning as I knew it began when I woke up and before that all was night and oblivion.

We had an appointment with two mortgage people today.  The first meeting was at 9:30 so we got up around 8 and ate a little cereal before heading out.  The little office wasn't too hard to find and shortly after we arrived they ordered Starbucks for us.  Oh, how I wish I had got something without coffee in it about half an hour later as my hands shook and my knees bounced in that chair.  Anyway, we liked the broker and thought his loan rates and features were great and… APPLIED!!!  AH!  We dont' have a house in mind yet, mind you, well, we do, but we don't really!  We are only out $33 if this house-buying adventure doesn't take on us if you know what I mean.

What does anybody mean when they say that?

Let's see here, so we ate at Quiznos while filling out the  application and then went home.  Brian did homework.  I called realtors.  Well, I called one that has been helping us via email and set a drive tiem and this other one called us and tried to hassle us into driving with her, but we told her we'd call her later.  🙂  So… i made a list of all the houses we were interested in looking in.  Then Brian and i decided to go look at them.  An hour later we were in Hillsboro, then Cornelius, then Forest Grove.  Tired out and with some ideas about houses in our head.

We at pizza for dinner and watched Madagascar.

Pooped, we hit the hay.

Tata, it's time for work now!

P.S.

I gave my notice at work!!! June 12th is my last day!! YIPPEEE!!!!

oo, yes, I do like your 6019700. Nice big, light colored kitchen!!

6021942 is cute too! I like the rounded doorways! And more of a yard it looks like than the last one. More spendy too, but sometimes it’s worth it (speeking of…we’re ordering our car soon!)
