Next is Anna!
You know that video of her laying on her side? Well, that was a rough day because she wouldn’t stay on her tummy to sleep like usual. She was SO TIRED! She would eventually fall asleep on her back, but only for a little while. Last night she rolled over about an hour after she fell asleep… however, she was so tired that she fell back asleep again with her thumb in her mouth, sucking furiously. She didn’t wake up when I turned her back over, but you could just see her relax and snuggle into her mattress… ahhhh.
When Anna woke up from her sideways nap (remember the video), she wiggled around in the crib until she could play with her bumper. Here is a picture of my darling baby trying to smother herself… of course I am such a wonderful mother that I took a picture before rescuing her. You know what she did when I rescued her? She cried because I’d taken her toy away! It’s sad for her, but I have taken the bumper out of the crib for her own good. What’s more, she can kinda scoot, creep by putting her legs under herself and then pushing them out again, scooting herself forward. Go baby! She will be crawling soon! (Do babies ever crawl before they can sit up?) 🙂

P.s. I almost had a heart attack this morning when my mouse unplugged and I thought I couldn’t use my computer for 20 minutes.
P.p.s. The most audacious door-to-door sales-lady tried to sell us on her carpet-cleaning at 9:00 last night! That’s right! Waaaaaaaay past dark. Had the nerve to complain that it was too dark outside to show us the flyer. Me in my so trendy pajamas of Brian’s old shirt and some shorts didn’t talk with her long. No way!
