Adoption

Hello friends and family,

As many of you know, we are taking classes through the Department of Human Services, Child Welfare Department in order to become certified adoptive parents. These are the same classes required to become a foster parent. These classes are excellent. Brian and I have been learning so much.

We want our family to learn along with us, so jump over to the Adoption blog (see link at top of blog) regularly to see new information as we learn it. We’ll include information from our classes, thoughts from our personal journey, practical insights into what our family will be like and look like during and after adoption and more.

If you want to know how to be a part of our family, how to support us, how to get to know our future kids, how to talk with us, follow this new blog. PLEASE, ask questions.
