Messes and Excitement

Sorry, no cute little pictures of my little raptor today! I’ll have some when I get onto the other computer.

The other day I made babyfood. Lots of it! Meal 1, I blended sweet potatoes and chicken with a little butter. Smelled good even to me. I added normal half-mashed chunky sweet potatoes too for texture.

But sometimes things don’t happen like you expect. Please stand back and be amazed that I was able to take this picture while covered knee down in sweet potato puree:

On a cleaner note, we bought a shop vac. It is very cool. Nice and big too – 12 gallons. I think I am going to start using it inside it works so well. 🙂 Did you know Anna was starting to cut top teeth? The front right was stretching the gums down…

Well, she whacked her face on the shop vac when falling and “cut” that tooth out last Saturday. Poor thing! And poor mama – I do not do well with mouth owies! She is all better now and her front tooth isn’t chipped. I hope the next one comes more easily.

We are putting down laminate in the garage! I’m really excited about this – it is tranforming the garage into an office! Yahoo!!

Lastly – we are buying a minivan! It is a V6 1999 Dodge Caravan. It’s green. It has 91300 miles on it. We’re getting a good deal and I’m excited still!

That means, that my hardy little wonderful Subaru is going to be sold. If anybody is in the market…. let us know!
