Anna and Maggie had their first co-doctor’s appointment today! Maggie had her 6 1/2 month well visit and Anna had her 3-year-old visit. Anna’s been looking really tall lately, so I was really curious how she would measure. The results are as follows:

Anna:
38.5″ tall – 75th percentile
29 pounds, 8 oz. – 50th percentile

So she’s a little tall and is not super light any more! I knew she was eating more!

Maggie:
26″ tall – 50th percentile
14 pounds, 4 oz. – 10th percentile!

The doctor’s comment was, ‘We might have a petite one here.’

Anna did really well and was brave. 🙂 She does not like to be forced to open up and allow people to touch her or tell her what to do until she is ready. So she was very quiet and reserved, but did as she was requested (except she barely opened her mouth when the doctor wanted to look in). 🙂

Maggie grinned and flapped her arms and tore up the paper on the table as she sat there next to Anna. They were pretty adorable. One in her panties, on in her diaper. Sisters. Anna helped me take bits of paper from Maggie before they got into her mouth. We were a team. 🙂

    Haha. sounds like fun!
I thought petite meant short and thin. Maybe if she was 10 & 10. She may just be a string bean. But Anna’s thin too. Drs think they’re so smart. 🙂

So cool – sisters! I love how different they are already. So special each one.
