From Anna’s Point of View

Noting that it’s been 74 days since we last held Jordan. We’re waiting for signatures so our case can be sent to court.

I’m not going to try to be deep today! Here’s some description to our week and Labor Day weekend… photo blogged by our curious four-year-old!

Apple Honey and Applesauce (the were fuller, but boiled over, boo hoo!).

I always sit up this straight at my desk. (not really!)

There must have been thirty self portraits. I started coaching her on how to smile for them instead of staring up, doing the up-the-nose-zombie face. I thought this one was cute:

Anna and Razzie are good buddies:

So that’s what the back of my hair looks like!

Maggie woke up grumpy. Anna woke up creative…

She makes me smile! (has good aim too!)

Anna picked out some toys for Jordan’s crib…

A few pictures taken by me:
This is how I make spaghetti sauce. I use a hand blender/immersion blender to blend it up after. And yes, you can still see the tomato peels in the sauce, but it doesn’t bother me.

Dried plums and apples:

About half are done.

The dehydrator needs washing.

Thanks Grammy, for the squash! Stuffed squash is pretty good!

See?

Brian made a chicken run!

  1. Oh my that is a ton of pears! I just made pear sauce, we also have a pear tree. We just finished dehydrating our apples too! My daughter wants to get chickens so bad. We are thinking next spring we will. So glad our city will let us have them 🙂
