Carolyn, happy 8 months! And happy third tooth!
Let me compare the three sisters…. they are so similar and so different!
Anna at 8 months:
Just learned to crawl
Was pulling to stand
Jabbered and jabbered like crazy!
Growing hair on the back of her head
Already a thinker and doer and tell-all-about-it-er 😉
Video:
Margaret at 8 months:
Was crawling really well
Was beginning her career of climbing
Smiler and silly girl
Not growing much hair at all
Made more sound effects and expressions than Anna. 🙂

Right before 8 mo –
Right after 8 mo –
Carolyn at 8 months:
A great sitter and will learn to crawl soon, but isn’t yet.
A deliberate speaker – lots of papas and mamas – she isn’t saying words yet, but she sounds an awful lot like Anna or Maggie hollering for us now and then!
Growing hair right on the top
Happy to watch and think… and have things brought to her by her sisters
For what it’s worth – I have a really hard time imagining Carolyn crawling OR standing.
Video:
coming soon as I take one!
And because this post is missing just one sweet little boy before all kids are accounted for – here is Jordan on trip 1 when he was 2 1/2:
And home just 1 month:
Recently, dancing with Mama:
Rachel,
I don’t have a special recipe for the tabbouleh. Just threw together the basic ingredients: cooked quinoa (cooked bulghur wheat is more typical), fresh tomatoes and cucumbers, a whole bunch of chopped parsley, lemon juice, olive oil and salt/pepper to taste. You can adjust spices to what your family likes. I also topped my tabbouleh with feta cheese just because I live for feta cheese.
