We got to visit my Grandma and see my cousin’s sweet family too!
Beautiful!
ADORABLE.
The girls just loved it.
Free, lovely facepaint!
A nice man stopped and said we looked so sweet and could he take our picture for us? I was hot, exhausted and trying to feed the kids and not get ketchup on me… his kind gesture was really appreciated.
There were lots of people there.
Carolyn isn’t always so agreeable. haha
Just the girls and I went to a parade!
Anna says this is Maggie being an abominable snowman?
Smoke has a new, local family and I am happy for both them and us. It is sad and quiet… and relieving and simpler. Thank you for the six months, Smoke!
My treasures!
I loved watching them look for lightning together.
Thunder clouds came through while we were there.
So many.
So many rocks.
And being silly in the shade!
Lunchtime fun… hunting for peacock feathers.
I just love Grandma’s head scarves! We went to Richardson’s Rock Ranch to hunt for thunder eggs.
Sisters.
Hunting for rock treasures.
Apparently, Kevin was trying to convince them that he was a beautiful princess with long flowing blond hair like Rapunzel.
The sun was out, the adventures were ripe.
It is lovely holding a squishy little baby when they are happy.
