Good morning

Heya folks! I know I don’t write much – that’s partly because I am busy and partly because I have a hard time getting started, but here goes.

I am looking forward to doing taxes! I keep checking the mail eagerly every day to see if we have got our end of the year statements! Am I silly? Perhaps.

We have learned that we can’t have dinner with my in-laws this quarter since they’re busy all weekdays and we’re busy on weekends. Alas. Luckily, there are other meals in the day besides dinners. When am I going to see my folks, I wonder? (hi mom! hi dad! howzit going over there?)

I imagined living in Aloha or the farther NW Portland last night and it wasn’t too bad – would be hard to get to church, though, and Oregon City would be farther. I don’t know that I’ve ever been to Aloha. (is that the right name for the city??)

I am eating sugar-free sour jelly bellies right now. mmmm Today is Thursday. Hmm… I dreamed last night that I was at work with one other co-worker and we had closed and everybody had left but us but we had a stack of work to do yet and it was 6:40 and i wanted to go home so bad but more and more work kept arriving! Ah!!!

Brian will be at work and school today until 9:20PM. I brought him to work at 8… long day! Hopefully the brownie in his lunch will help.

Emily and Jake are in Oregon to visit and we got our time with them on Monday. They are doing pretty good, seems like, and I am missing them already. I do wonder where the world will take us all… hither and thither and up and down and here and there…. God bless us and watch over us!

I am tired of writing and don’t know what to say.
