Well, this gal is trying a new working venue… need art lessons anyone? I’ve enjoyed art for many years now and am combining my desire to spend more time doing art with my job search. 🙂 I threw together a little web page and would appreciate some advice from my critics… what do you think???

Nice site! So you’re going to be an art teacher? I think you’ll make a good one. I’d get too frustrated with them if they didn’t draw well or pay enough attention to detail and then I’d try to do it myself. Hmm.
How are you marketing yourself? Flyers around the neighborhood? Poster at the 7day/corner quickie mart? Schools?

Hmmmm… that is a great question! How about you all answer it. What do you recommend? All I’ve done so far is put it on Craig’s List (portland.craigslist.com) and no hits on my site so far from there. I just sat down at my computer to make a flyer. I’ll letch’all see it so you can comment when I’m done.
btw, we need something on our Dates to remember between the 4th of July and Labor Day.
