First of all, I haven’t embarrassed Maggie with a bare-bum picture yet, so it’s time for the naked escaping baby picture! (Was in the middle of the diaper change and she decided to roll off to play with toys.)
And now the Molten Chocolate Lava Cake.
Oh so lovely:
This one is a little more molten than it should be. Anna will eat it later:
A match made in heaven:
And now a little homeschooling for ya. First, we got a pint (just two cups) of heavy whipping cream. We divided it between two pint jars. We shook it. We shook it until it wouldn’t shake any more. Literally. Each of the pint jars was FULL of thick whipping cream. Next time we’ll have to do something different. At this point I googled making butter and we scraped our whipped cream into the blender and it RAPIDLY became butter and milky liquid. I had no idea so much butter was in two cups of cream. But yeah. It’s been fun to eat butter on crackers and toast and everything. We are very healthy here. Butter and chocolate. Oh yeah.
Oh my – I want some Molten Chocolate Lava Cake… Please, let me have that recipe! 🙂
