Today

Today I woke up and I then I went back to sleep. 🙂 Nice. Work starts at 11 today… wonderful! We are going camping this weekend! I am so excited! I am bummed cuz I have to work friday and saturday though…. that means we’ll only be there saturday night, sunday and leave monday instead of a long weekend. Alas! And I sure hope that the weather clears for the weekend! It is not too great right now for water-skiing.

Argh! I went to get online to chat with whoever might be online…. and my IM program is gone! Where did it go? Did Brian take it off? *sighs* I’ve looked all over for any chat program and no luck. I think I will call my computer master husband to find out what to do! 🙂

We are reading the Lord of the Rings books – did you know that? We are on the last book and things are looking grim. The great city of Gondor, Minas Tirith, is shorthanded and surrounded by the hosts of Mordor and the King of the Dead… they have just broken through the gate and it looks as if all will be lost. But wait, they hear horns blowing, has Rohan and his riders come? We sure hope so! Ah! It was hard to put down the book last night, but it was late and we will have to continue it tonight.

Wow – time is flying. I need to eat breakfast and do the dishes and clean the house and cook something and get ready for camping and… and and and and I dont’ know! But I need to get to it or I’ll be late for work. I love you all and miss you. Wish I weren’t (wasn’t?) so busy so I could talk with you more, but I take comfort in knowing of your friendship.
