Approval

After 57 days, our I-800A was approved yesterday! Once that piece of paper gets here in the mail, our dossier can be prepared (notarized and apostilled) and shipped! We will travel sometime between late April and early June!

I just can’t stop reading this email from yesterday:
“Hello:

I hope this email finds you all well. I am delighted to inform you that your I-800A application has been approved. The Notice of Approval was sent out this morning via US mail. I have also sent a snail mail copy to the agency. I look forward to assisting you further throughout this process.

Regards,

[our USCIS officer]“

You’re Going to Love This!

Videos of our little boy! I think these were taken last October when he was about 15 months old. At least, that’s when the videos say they were last modified. We’re not sure. 🙂

USCIS Officer assigned!

Unless they need more paperwork, we should have our approval to adopt soon! That means it’s almost time to ship our dossier! (Maybe within a week or two) Maybe we will travel for our first trip in May!
