Family Videos

Here is Anna at her homeschool co-op performance, where she was in a short play and also a ballet performance. Watching her in these videos, I’m just so proud and happy I could burst!

Here’s Carolyn eating some sweet potatoes. I keep thinking this video was taken in the old house. There’s a bit of de ja vu going on with darling little girl number 3!

Maggie tells about her bike crash, Anna reads a book and Jordan says goodnight. Love it! (Brian almost said goodnight to Carolyn too, which would have been darling, but Mama in her jammies did not want to be in the shot!)

Update

Just a few more pictures from Anna’s birthday party. We’re packing a few boxes and preparing to move. The inspection is finished and the appraisal is done, though we haven’t heard back from it yet. (We don’t expect any hiccups.) I’ve got a list about a mile long of projects to do and things to buy…. most of which will have to wait. Helloooooooo, country living! 😀

Jordan hung out in his box quite a bit; it was a great option for helping him not get overhwhelmed.

Anna loved her gifts! With her gift cards, she bought: A bike horn, a shirt, a notebook, yogurt-covered raisins, and a box of frozen corn dogs. That's my six-year-old!

Home Sweet Home

4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, About 2400 square feet, plus an unfinished walk-in basement. Big empty shop. 5 acres. Dead-end road out of town. Newish house. 4-H horse barn just two houses down. I’ve been so foggy-headed these days what with crying babies and lack of sleep that it’s really kind of hard to believe it’s happening! Interest rate for the mortgage is going to be around 3.375% and that is just nuts. Closing date set for May 31st and we plan to move in early June.

Looking towards the back fo the property... about 3.5 acres is sloped grass and the rest is steeper trees. Beyond/within those trees is a creek and a bunch of timber property.
