Bathtime

Our sink is so perfect for giving Carolyn her baths. And look how big she is… sitting up (with help) instead of laying down! Where did my newborn go?

Pretty soon, my baby girl in the sink is going to do this….

Tee hee

And…. some dancing by my clean kids on a Sunday morning:

Rescuer

My dad officially has earned the title of rescuer. First, he came out to help with the kids one day. A few days later, Brian and I were struggling to get out of bed with the flu. Oh my…. glad that’s over. Anyway, dad braved the germ-ridden house to help with the kids that afternoon. There are no words for how he saved our bacon that day. I love you, dad!

SO DANGEROUS!

It is sooooo dangerous! My neighbor’s dog had puppies. She has seven beautiful huskies and one of them gives her a litter once a year. They are sooooo cute. Good thing we don’t have a fenced back yard, because it is really hard to not try and smuggle a puppy or three out when they are this cute!

Brian is 30!

Brian, version 3.0, blows out his candles:

Calories in the cake: too many to count. I think around…. oh, I don’t know… 6000. Don’t think about it too long. But it was good!

Once we’re both 30, we’re eligible to adopt from China. But we’re not going to. Nosiree! Give us some time people! 😉

Chinese Food

We decided to go on a family date to a Chinese food restaurant. It seemed like a fun idea… food served family style and a big bowl of rice plus hot tea and cool little cups. Except for Jordan’s giant poop explosion that nearly brought me to tears in the bathroom (and got poop on every article of clothing he was wearing except his shoes and socks), it was great. I hope to go back again for our next family restaurant date.

We got there at 11:30am or so…. we were some of the first people there and it was still cold. 🙂 Warmed up pretty quickly.
