Meet the Chicks

I’m taking some sit at the computer being quiet time and thought I’d blog about the chicks. Most of our chickens will lay variations of brown eggs. One will lay white and one pair (the americaunas) will lay blue.

They aren’t nearly as interesting (or time consuming) or as adorable as my children, but chicks are pretty fun! Here’s what we got (and I found a picture of them full grown too.):

    Hi, That is my photo of the three Barred Rock chicks on your post. One of those chicks is now a 7 year old hen. Quite the lady! I have 4 new Barred Rock chicks who will soon join her in the coop & yard. Hope you continue to enjoy your chickens, as I do.
