I have been wanting to cloth diaper Jordan. However, I he’s grown out of his diapers!
A few options:
- Snap-EZ (“snap easy”) in the US makes different kinds of cloth diaper styles in infant, youth and adult sizes! How awesome is that!? I really wanted to order from them too, because they are adopting a little one from Bulgaria. Isn’t the world so small!? They also have connections with orphans with special needs in Uganda. The world is even smaller!
- Wunder Unders are supposedly nice
- Rearz supposedly makes all sizes
- And then there is also Alva Baby, which has a cloth diaper called “Baby Big Size Cloth Diapers.” These are made in China, so I am sure the fabric and quality are suspect, but you can’t beat the price at $7.00 per diaper, which includes an insert. Here is a picture already online showing size on a 4 year old and an almost 7 year old: http://community.babycenter.com/post/a42602053/alva_big_baby_fit_pics
So I purchased the China option (Alva Big Baby) and I like them! I only got two, but they fit great and will fit for awhile. I’m excited to be cloth diapering again and saving all the money we’ve been spending on disposable. I’ll be getting ten more and hope they will last me for several years.
Using just two microfiber inserts seems to hold enough and is comfortably trim. He’s not a huge wetter, so other kids may need more inserts or more frequent changes. I haven’t tried them for overnight.
