   oh, and I sent your bday present. it is meant to be funny…if you don’t find it cute or funny and get your feelings hurt by it or get mad at me because of it, or if looking at it makes you want to hurl, or throw things, let me know and we’ll exchange it for the other one i was thinking of getting you.    rachel– supposedly buckwheat honey (darker in color than other honeys) has more antioxidants than other honeys. it also has a rich flavor… sort of like molassas, but not near as strong. i personally like the buckwheat variety the best, but it also is just a taste thing 🙂
