Anna says bye-bye lots.
Here are some pictures of Anna standing on the kitchen chairs. She can climb up onto them, but can’t get back off. Yes, she does fall off them sometimes but still wants up there. We bought her a booster seat that we strap her into for mealtimes. (It’s a compromise: she can sit on a grown-up chair if she lets us strap her in.) Currently we have to keep the table totally empty or the salt is poured out, the napkins thrown across the floor, the waters spilled and silverware banged. She has also gotten very good at moving the kitchen stool around and is reaching stuff on the counters. My efforts here are mostly to teach her that nothing on the counters is hers. So far she doesn’t get it. Wish me luck!
