Grandpa H. made us a wooden step-stool. Perfectly made and sturdy enough for a lifetime of use by the kids. Ever since they gave it to us, I’ve been wanting to try my wood-burning tool out on it. Finally did! It’s not the most thoughtful or carefully made artwork I’ve ever done. It was done speed-style and I still love it. Thank you again, Grandpa!
It reads, “Sugar and Spice and All That’s Nice” and “Snips and Snails and Puppy Dog Tails” The kids’ initials are on the side.
