Happy First Birthday, Carolyn!

My beautiful, squishy, speed-crawling, determined, goofy, not-tickle-loving, precious, sweetheart has turned one year old!

Both sets of grandparents and an aunt were able to come! We had presents (books), dinner (potato soup) and dessert together.

Brownie with ice cream and hot fudge... it's no wonder we forgot to take a picture before it was mostly gone!

Why must we always be behind??? She needs to be about 8 months old right now. And stay there for a few more months. THEN she can turn 1 sometime after that!

Happy birthday Carolyn! You are such a blossoming beauty!! As much as I lag behind, I am so glad you grow and grow because its so fun to watch your own little heart and spirit come out as you do!! Love you. Aunty Melissa
